This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the practices and conditions under which Biocorp (the “Company”) processes your personal data (the “Data”) during the use of the Biocorp’s gizmo App (the “App”).
This Policy applies when your Data is collected by the mobile application of which the Company is the editor.
1.What Data is collected by the Biocorp’s gizmo App and why?
When using the App paired with a Biocorp’s gizmo Bluetooth device, the Data collected by the App are the following :
- Unique Id, SN, firmware version of the paired Biocorp gizmo’s devices
- Current device settings and status (including the current mode activated, battery level)
- Precise location data of your smartphone is optionally collected to track the position at the latest loss of connection with the Biocorp’s gizmo device. Later on, at your request, this latest known position may be displayed on a map to help you locate your lost Biocorp’ gizmo device.
No personal info and none other data is collected.
For smartphones using the Android operating system, the function for reconnection to the Biocorp’s gizmo devicerequires your permission to use the precise location data, even when the application is in the background. No geographical location coordinates are recorded for this purpose, the location being used exclusively by the application for the purposes described above. The location data is therefore never used for commercial or for data-logging purposes.
2.Where is your Data stored?
The collected Data are stored in the internal database of the App and remain on your device.
None Data is shared off the device.
3.Changes to this Privacy Policy
Any changes by the Company to this Policy will be updated on the Company’s website: https://my-mallya.com
The User is invited to regularly consult this Policy in order to be aware of any update or modification.
If any provision of this Policy is declared null and void or contrary to regulations, it will be deemed cancelled but will not invalidate the other provisions of the Policy.
