Important information

Biocorp has identified a security incident that affected its corporate website (biocorpsys.com) between August 22 and 24, 2026.

Some data transmitted via the contact form may have been accessed by an unauthorised third party. To learn more about the incident, its potential consequences and the measures taken, please click here.

Biocorp’s corporate website was hacked on August 22, 2026. The incident – which exploited a recent Wordpress vulnerability – was detected on August 24 at 10:22 a.m., and resolved the same day, at 2:55 p.m.

During this time, a hacker set up a fake ReCaptcha inviting Internet Biocorpsys website users to type a PowerShell command, on Windows. This command could have allowed the hacker to take control of the computer of any user who followed these instructions in full.

In addition, during these two days, the hacker was able to access the data transmitted by users through the contact form. In addition to the identity and contact details of the authors of the messages, they were able to read their content.

The risk of identity theft exists, but remains low given the data collected through the form and the inability to attach files to the contact form.

The impact therefore seems to be mainly a loss of confidentiality. It is limited to the data that you have voluntarily transmitted to Biocorp through the website.

In order to prevent this type of incident in the future, we have taken the following measures:

  • Urgent deployment of necessary updates and security patches;
  • Implementation of two-factor authentication for administrator accounts;
  • Setting up an application firewall;
  • Migration to a hosting and maintenance solution directly administered by our IT department.

We remind you that neither Biocorp nor any other companies within the group will ever ask you to provide them by email, SMS or telephone, sensitive data, such as your bank details.

If you visited the Biocorp corporate website between August 22 and 24, we invite you to contact your IT department or a trusted individual with technical IT knowledge, to make sure that the hacker has not taken control of your computer. If necessary, we invite you to renew all your passwords.

The French Data Protection Authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) was informed of the situation on August 27, 2026. Biocorp will file a complaint, so that an investigation and criminal prosecution can be initiated by the Public Prosecutor, if necessary.

We kindly ask you to accept our apologies for the inconvenience of this incident. Our teamsremain at your disposal to provide you with any further information. You can contact Biocorp at the following coordinates: privacy@biocorp.fr or Biocorp Production, ZI de Lavaur, La Béchade, 63500 Issoire, France.

A committed company

At BIOCORP, we believe economic performance and social responsibility go hand in hand.

Our purpose: to improve the health of our planet, our people, and our patients.

At BIOCORP, innovation is a driver of positive health and societal impact. Joining us means being part of a human-sized company with strong values – agility, quality, innovation – and a bold mission: improving patients’ daily lives through connected devices, while constantly enhancing their impact.

We offer a stimulating, caring, and flexible work environment where everyone can grow, thrive, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Work environment

We offer a stimulating, caring, and flexible work environment where everyone can grow, thrive, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Our CSR commitments are structured around three major ambitions, implemented through concrete, measurable actions guided by ethics, sustainability, and long-term positive impact.

Reducing site footprint

We aim for ISO 14001 certification for our factory by 2027, alongside improved waste management and reduced activity-related impacts. This commitment goes hand in hand with continuous improvement in waste management and the reduction of other environmental impact related to our activities.

Decarbonization and climate resilience

We calculate our carbon footprint annually and combine this with a structured decarbonization approach covering all areas: energy (ISO 50001 certification is currently being rolled out for our factory), transport, waste, products, and raw materials, etc. In the medium term, this approach will also be coupled with an analysis of Biocorp’s climate resilience.

Energy policy

ISO 50001 certification

Eco-design and circular economy

Step by step, we are incorporating eco-design into the development of our innovations, taking into account the results of LCAs carried out upstream. To support this momentum, we are currently drafting a responsible purchasing policy that will formalize the best practices already in place and enable us to go even further.

BIOCORP supports high-impact environmental projects, such as targeted donations to fight plastic pollution in marine environments.

Putting people at the heart of sustainable performance

Our people and partners are the driving force behind our success. We commit to creating an ethical, fulfilling, and equitable workplace.

We aim to achieve Great Place to Work certification, supported by continuous training and a strong focus on workplace safety. Safety remains a top priority, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

BIOCORP adopts an active policy on equal opportunity, gender balance, diversity, and inclusion. These principles guide our actions at every level of the company.

Ethics are a core part of our corporate culture.

We ensure that responsible and fair practices are promoted and applied in all our collaborations.

We have therefore drawn up a code of conduct for employees, which has been appended to our internal regulations, as well as a code of conduct for suppliers.

Commitment to a safer, fairer, more sustainable health system

At BIOCORP, our commitment to improving healthcare is paramount, because it directly affects patients and their access to quality care. That’s why we place as much emphasis on innovation as on the reliability of our devices. We also work alongside organizations striving for a fairer healthcare system, and we are passionate about supporting both patients and local communities

We are committed to driving innovation while ensuring the health and safety of our patients. To this end, we are learning to challenge the social, environmental, and economic impact of our devices while continuing to rigorously apply ISO 13485.

BIOCORP is committed to ensuring consistent service quality, regardless of the patients or regions involved. We actively support local initiatives by patient associations and parents of sick children in order to promote more equitable access to care.

Beyond technology, we provide patient support throughout their care journey and actively engage in meaningful local community projects. BIOCORP is also committed to supporting local communities through concrete and meaningful local initiatives.
